When we start a feasibility study, three workflows come up more often than anything else. If you’re not sure where to begin with automation, these are usually the highest-leverage starting points.
1. Lead and data intake
Forms, inboxes, and spreadsheets that all feed the same process but never talk to each other are one of the biggest sources of quiet manual work. Pulling them into one place automatically removes copy-pasting entirely, and it’s usually one of the fastest automations to build.
2. Client onboarding
New client paperwork — contracts, welcome documents, internal notifications — is repetitive by nature, which makes it a natural fit. What used to be a half-day of manual coordination can often run in minutes once it’s automated.
3. Recurring reports
If a report gets rebuilt from the same data source on the same schedule every time, that’s effort worth automating away entirely rather than repeating by hand each month.
Starting with one of these keeps the first project small, fast, and low-risk — which makes it easy to prove the value before automating anything more complex. Read more about how we approach it.
